Common questions

What do I need to travel to India for treatment?
A medical visa, issued on the basis of a treatment plan and an invitation letter from the hospital. Our international desk prepares both once a consultant has reviewed your reports.
Can I get an opinion before I travel?
Yes, and you should. Send your reports through this form and a consultant will review them and give you an estimate of treatment, duration and cost before you commit to travelling.
Will someone meet me at the airport?
Yes. The international desk arranges airport pickup, accommodation near the hospital and an interpreter if you need one. Tell us your flight details once they are booked.
How accurate is the cost estimate?
The estimate covers the planned treatment based on your reports. If a complication or an additional procedure becomes necessary, we tell you before proceeding — never afterwards on the bill.
What languages do you support?
English throughout, with interpreters available for Arabic, French, Swahili, Bengali and Russian. Tell us which language you prefer and we will arrange it in advance.
