Tariff and charges

Last updated — see version below · Notice version 2026-09-01

What we publish here is what you are charged. If a bill differs from this page, that is a mistake on our side — tell us and we will correct it.

1. Consultation fees

Fees are shown on each doctor's profile, because they vary by consultant and by whether the consultation is in person or by video. Follow-up within the period shown on the profile is not charged again.

2. Health check packages

Each package page lists every test included. There are no add-ons discovered at the counter.

3. Room, procedure and surgical charges

Room categories, procedure rates and surgical package rates are displayed at each hospital's reception and billing counter, as required under the Clinical Establishments rules, and are provided in writing as an estimate before admission.

We do not publish a single surgical price list on this website, because what a procedure costs depends on the approach used, the implant or device, the length of stay and the level of care needed. Quoting one number for all of that would be misleading. Ask for a written estimate — you are entitled to one, and we will give it before anything begins.

4. What changes a bill

  • A complication, or a change of approach decided during the procedure.
  • A longer stay, or a move to intensive care.
  • Additional investigations the clinical situation requires.
  • Implants or devices, which are billed at the rate on the invoice from the supplier.

Where any of these arise we tell you and, wherever the clinical situation allows, before proceeding — not afterwards on the bill.

5. Insurance and cashless

Empanelled insurers and TPAs are listed on each hospital's page. Cashless approval is the insurer's decision and depends on your policy terms; our insurance desk will confirm the position before admission. Any amount the insurer does not cover is payable by you, and we will tell you what that is expected to be.

6. Emergency care

Emergency stabilising treatment is never withheld pending payment. Billing follows care, not the other way round.

7. GST

Healthcare services provided by a clinical establishment are exempt from GST. Where a taxable item is billed, the tax is shown separately on the invoice.

You are entitled to an itemised bill. Ask at the billing counter, or request it through Your data rights.
